It was originally an haybarn and a chickencop and you can still see it for example in the downstairs room. La Capannina is situated at 400 mts on sea level in a truly unspoiled area. You reach the house from the nearest village Londa 5 km far. La Capannina has been completely restored 5 years ago and though it maintains its original structure it is provided with modern comforts. La Capannina is sorrounded by a wide garden that offers both shadowy and sunny spots, it lies just above the pool. Accomodation: on the ground floor a lovely dining room with a cooking area equipped by electric oven and a gas cooker, refrigerator with a small freezer, washing machine. The ground floor room opnes on a nice sunny veranda where you can have your meals and enjoy the view of the valley. A staircase leads to the upper room which can be used both as a bedroom and a sitting room. It is a large room with fireplace and a really comfortable 2 people bed with a lot of space around. On the ground floor a lovely shower. A lovely swimming pool is just 20 mts away to share with the other houses from Il Trebbio. |
