The house is decorated with in a typical tuscan style and the combination of functionality and a refined aesthetic sense has preserved the warmth and comfortable atmosphere of a typical farmhouse. Casa Clemente has a beautiful garden provided with outside furniture. The garden offers the possibility either of sunny or shadowy spots. Besides from this beautiful garden you have a wonderful view of the valley. Like the other houses of Il Trebbio hamlet You reach the house from the nearest village Londa 5 km far driving along a picturesque mountain road all asfalted as far as the house. Accomodation: on the ground floor a wide living-dining room with a beautiful old fireplace built in the typical tuscan style which allows you to sit "inside", a lovely well equipped kitchen. On the first floor two bedrooms and a bathroom. A big lovely pool (13x7) to share with our guest of our other houses of Il Trebbio is just 250 mts away. |
